Asking for help is really hard — I know no one looks up a therapist’s website when things are going great.

The good news is, by trying to figure out how to feel better (and reaching out for someone to help) you’ve taken the first step on the path toward actually feeling better. I’m happy you’re here.

hi! I’m mallory.

I’ve been helping people develop a sense of belonging and balance in their lives using warm, relational psychotherapy since 2013. I specialize in supporting those who ache to know themselves in a deeper way, exploring feelings of low self-esteem, unworthiness, imposter syndrome and anxiety.

providing online therapy across massachusetts

I provide all my psychotherapy services entirely online through confidential telehealth platforms. Telehealth can be a game-changer if your schedule is tight and the idea of driving to another appointment is tough to swing. Mental health care (all health care, really) should be radically accessible. Telehealth may be a good fit for you if you can picture having a session while on your lunch break in a quiet spot, or while your kid naps in the next room (yay, no car seat struggles!).

let’s talk.
