Asking for help is really hard. I know no one looks up a therapist’s website when things are going great.
But the good news is, every time we step into our power and do something (anything) to try to feel better — even if its just googling “therapists near me” or “does anyone actually like themselves?” we are beginning to craft a new & different vision for how we direct our lives. One that is led by active choices and intention. One that taps into our agency, our dignity and our power. Even if it feels incredibly wobbly & unclear, this is the very first step on the path toward building a life that feels more like your own.
However you landed here, I’m happy to see you and I’m rooting for you.
Let’s see if I can help.
hi! I’m mallory.
I’m a therapist, fiber artist and deep-feeling chatterbox. I love to help the folks I support to find more peace and power by living in better alignment with their true capacity and deepest values. As a late diagnosed AuDHD’er, I click extra-well with folks living with high-masking, self-identified or suspected Autism and ADHD.
all-online therapy
I provide all my services entirely online through confidential telehealth platforms. Telehealth can be a game-changer if your energy levels are too low to get out the door or your schedule can’t fit another stop. Mental health care (actually, all health care) should be radically accessible. Telehealth could be a good fit for you if you can picture having a session while crafting on the couch, or while your kid finally naps in the next room (yay, no car seat struggles!).
I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts, so as long as you are within the boundaries of the commonwealth when we have our sessions, we’re good to go!
let’s talk.
